  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for potential transactions
  • Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal memoranda
  • Coordinate due diligence processes across legal, technical, commercial, and financial workstreams
  • Engage with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders during transaction execution and post‑investment phases
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives post‑acquisition
  • Stay informed on market developments and macro trends impacting the infrastructure and energy sectors

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working on infrastructure transactions (e.g., energy, transport, utilities, telecoms, etc.)
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Must be strong in deal structuring, due diligence processes, and investment evaluation frameworks
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in lean deal teams
  • European language skills are a plus, but not required

  • High deal exposure and responsibility from day one
  • Flat team structure with direct access to senior decision‑makers
