POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our client, a growing business specialising in engineering and industrial materials. Join a busy and supportive team based in Greater Manchester in a fully office-based role.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries related to industrial and engineering materials
- Accurately process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and send detailed quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Provide technical product information and support, helping customers understand specifications and applications
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details within CRM and ERP systems
- Collaborate closely with external sales colleagues and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to support informed customer advice
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales support, sales administrator, or customer service role, ideally within technical, industrial, or engineering sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Proficient in using CRM and ERP systems, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
