We are looking for a Deputy Events Manager to join our team at The Post Barn. As part of the team, you will be working under the guidance of the Venue Operations Manager and Event Venue Director. You will champion and deliver high-quality Weddings and Events at The Post Barn.
As the Deputy Events Manager, the successful candidate will be fully immersed in the operational side of the business and be required to look after the venue and the team on a daily basis, as well as run event days to the highest standards expected and continually strive to improve guest and team satisfaction.
As a Deputy Events Manager, you will be fully operational and will help direct the team through event days and interact with guests to ensure they have the best possible events experience. One of the main focuses is to ensure all security measurements are followed and licensing standards set by law are met, as well as being the manager on duty for guest enquiries on the day.
Job Role:
- To oversee bar and event team members' performance to ensure activities on a daily basis, as well as event days, run smoothly and help deliver a positive experience for our guests.
