What are we looking for in our Trainers?
- Deliver training to all areas of the business from New Hire entrants up to Management level.
- Maintain and update the training tracking system ensuring it is used to its full potential to the benefit of the business (currently using Moodle).
- Maintain and update PLSC specific training modules and material, ensuring that the content of the Induction/ New Hire Program and all other training modules is relevant and accurate in line with business process changes and client requirements.
- Design and deliver new and revised product and application specific training in relation to Business needs, Operational and Procedural changes and Annual Legislation Refreshers.
- Support areas of Training and Development by contributing ideas and suggestions for ongoing improvement in line with business goals.
- Create and distribute Training Communications to staff on changes and new practices using Moodle functionality.
- Update New Hire and existing staff training records in line with Quality Compliance.
- Evaluate training sessions and discuss areas for continuous self-improvement with the Management Team.
Experience Required
- Experience in a training role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Worked in a Contact Centre or Large multi–Department Business.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new training techniques.
- The ability to use data and feedback and turn into actions for continuous development of training.
- The ability to build solid stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Present information to the Senior Leadership team on a regular basis to inform on training progress, including Induction and ongoing training.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is a must.
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Organizationaland time management abilities.
