The efficient maintenance and support of our systems and infrastructure is essential to business continuity, so you’ll work with the business to understand what their needs are. From planning and engineering solutions to applications problems, administration or network issues; to providing 3rd line IT service desk support; to liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues or even assisting with the design and testing of disaster recovery procedures… you’ll do whatever it takes to optimise performance, whilst minimising disruption and downtime.
You’ll also transfer your knowledge to 1st and 2nd line support when transitioning projects to operational support, as well as update documentation in relation to infrastructure systems.
Successful applicants must be able to commute to the UKTL offices in Solihull, Birmingham with the possibility of hybrid working.
