Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with our menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, demonstrating excellent time management skills during peak hours.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent serving skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour
