The Portsmouth Grammar School, in partnership with South Farnham SCITT – an Ofsted Outstanding provider of school‑based initial teacher training – offers you a 1‑year programme to train as a secondary Physics teacher, gain Qualified Teacher Status, and optionally complete a PGCE with the University of Brighton. Throughout the 2026‑27 training year you will learn from and work alongside experienced colleagues in our Physics Department and attend weekly training sessions at the South Farnham SCITT hub in Guildford.
Responsibilities
