We’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious individual to join us as an Apprentice Building Surveyor - a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse estate while working towards a recognised professional qualification.

You’ll be supported through structured training, on-the-job learning, and mentorship as you develop the skills needed to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Project and Building Surveying Team, you’ll support the refurbishment, maintenance, and development of a varied estate - from historic listed buildings to modern office fit-outs. You’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Supporting project briefs, procurement, and contractor appointments
- Attending site inspections and monitoring quality and progress of works
- Assisting with budgets, reporting, and compliance
- Communicating with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Learning about building defects, repairs, sustainability, and best practices.
As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, including carrying out site inspections independently, with day-to-day support from a Senior Project Manager and guidance from a dedicated chartership mentor.
