What Youâll Do
As a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner, youâll be at the heart of a specialist surgical team delivering exceptional care to women and children. Youâll work across our advanced theatre suites, supporting procedures in obstetrics, gynaecology, general surgery, and paediatrics â with opportunities to expand into cardiac and other specialties.
This is a handsâon, fastâpaced role where your clinical expertise and leadership will make a real impact. Youâll mentor junior staff, uphold the highest standards of safety and care, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation. Youâll collaborate with some of the UKâs leading consultants in a setting that blends cuttingâedge technology with compassionate, patientâcentred care.

- Postgraduate experience in theatres
- Scrub experience across a range of specialties
- General surgery theatre experience
- Cardiac theatre experience is desirable â full training will be provided
