Location: The Portland Hospital, London

Full Time, 37.5 hours/week

Shift times: Various shifts between Monday and Sunday, 6:30am to 10pm

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our Hotel Services team at The Portland Hospital. From cleaning private rooms to public areas, you’ll play a big part in making our hospital warm and welcoming. You’ll maintain high standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors and patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Passionate about patient care and cleanliness; communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
  • Comfortable working in a hospital environment and coming into contact with patients.
  • Maintain communal areas clean and tidy for visitors.
  • Perform any tasks specifically assigned to you.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or designee.
  • Attend mandatory training on an annual basis.
