What are they looking for?
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or a degree in a related field (e.g., Design, Psychology, Sociology) with an understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
- Understanding of Qualitative & Quantitative Research: Foundational knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and when each should be used.
- Attention to detail: You excel at preparing and reviewing research materials and data with accuracy, ensuring the quality of insights delivered.
- Passionate and Curious: You have a genuine interest in UX research and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
