You will focus on setting appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and driving new business opportunities.
Your role is critical in expanding our client base and contributing to our overall revenue targets.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities \\n\\nCold Calling: Reach out to prospective clients via telephone and email to generate leads and establish initial contact.\\nIdentify and target potential business opportunities, qualifying leads based on their potential value and fit with our offerings.\\nSchedule meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development Managers with qualified leads.\\nBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.\\nWork closely with BDMs and the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and refine sales approaches.\\nStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales tactics.\\nProvide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment setting, and sales performance to management. \\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\nA recent university graduate\\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.\\nSelf-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. \\n\\nWhat We Offer\\n\\n£27,000 with a OTE of £60,000 in your first year\\nPerformance-based bonuses and incentives.\\nComprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to enhance your skills and career development.\\nOpportunities for advancement within a growing organization.\\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment with a focus on professional growth and success.
