You will be overseeing the Case Management team, ensuring that the team are achieving their objectives of matching counselling cases to affiliate counsellors appropriately and effectively. You will be assisting the Clinical Support Manager in complex queries and escalations.\\n\\nDay To Day Responsibilities\\n\\nCompleting quality assessments on the clinical effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of structured counselling sessions that are completed by the affiliate counsellor\\nWithin 20% of the time, completing own case load of structured counselling sessions\\nRegularly attend CPD, that can be provided by company, to ensure knowledge and understanding of different counselling approaches\\nConducting training with the Case Management team to ensure that their knowledge and understanding is at of a high level\\nSupporting and overseeing clinical feedback that is provided by service users – ensuring clinical practitioners are working in line with company and BACP clinical governance\\nProviding "in the moment" support to the Case Management team where there may be clinical concerns or questions\\nLiaising with the Clinical Support Manager regularly with feedback and suggestions for improvement\\nReviewing, where appropriate, risk level movements completed by affiliate counsellors, to ensure that practitioners are following risk and safeguarding policies \\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nMinimum diploma level 4 in Counselling & minimum of 150 counselling hours\\nTo be a registered member of the BACP or equivalent\\nBe able to work towards deadlines and be motivated by targets, demonstrating the ability to multitask\\nHigh level of computer literacy\\nAbility to work with telephony and CRM systems \\n\\nBenefits\\n\\nBACP (or equivalent) membership and accreditation paid for\\nBACP CBD Hub\\nUp to £60 per month for supervision\\nInhouse supervision\\nMonthly incentives such as weekends away!\\nSupervision\\n25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (plus an additional 2 days after 2 years service)\\nBirthday Off/Mental Health Day\\nProfit Share Scheme\\nPerkbox (staff discount scheme)\\nChristmas bonus after 3 years of service\\nContributory Pension Scheme\\nFab Fridays- dress down & free treats\\nAllied Pride Network\\nSocial events throughout the year\\nFree breakfast on Mondays\\nFresh fruit delivered to the office each week\\nFree annual flu vaccine\\nPrivate health insurance after 5 years' service\\nLife Insurance\\nDiscounted eye test\\nDiscounted glasses/contact lenses prescription \\n\\nP47503LS\\n\\nINDMANS
