The Porterbrook Care Home Limited. in Sheffield provides Residential and Dementia care for 44 residents. We are seeking a Care Assistant to help deliver high quality, person-centred care with dignity and independence for our residents.
You’ll support daily living activities, follow care plans and work within a friendly team. Full training and ongoing development are provided. Alternate weekends for day shift may be required.
