General Manager Opportunity – The Mill on the Exe.

The Mill on the Exe is a contemporary pub with comfy rooms, nestled riverside, just a stone’s throw from the bustling city of Exeter, offering a perfect blend of tranquillity and energy.

This role includes a two-bedroom home featuring stunning views of the River Exe.

If you are an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in high-volume, premium pub environments, this could be your chance to step into a high-profile role with St Austell Brewery and make your mark at one of our most iconic sites.

About you:

  • You head up the front of the business, leading a team of passionate team members to deliver experiences that delight.
