The Poplars Dental Practice is an independently owned, family‑led three‑surgery practice in Rodley, Leeds. We have an excellent local reputation and a lovely, stable base of patients.
We are seeking an associate with high standards to join our friendly, supportive team to cover a 12‑month maternity leave. The role involves maintaining an established NHS list with strong private demand, ensuring continuity of care during the maternity period. Three days per week are available, but we are happy to consider candidates wishing to work between one and three days.
Our team includes a hygienist and two part‑time therapists, a dedicated practice manager who has been with us for over 25 years, and a mixture of experienced and trainee nurses who rotate between all clinicians. Everyone welcomes new team members warmly, and attendance at the occasional fuddle is mandatory.
Nuts and bolts:
- Negotiable UDAs over 1–3 days per week (three days available Wednesday/Thursday/Friday)
- High demand for private treatments with 50% split and 50% lab fee split
- Start date: July 2026
