Take ownership of shift performance, including labour deployment, service flow, and guest satisfaction

Play an active role in embedding Popeyes' culture and values as part of a brand-new opening team
Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR, or retail environment
A hands‑on leadership style with the confidence to motivate and support your team
Passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams
Strong operational knowledge with a focus on standards, food safety, and guest experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure
