We're hiring a senior content and communications exec to create engaging, social‑first content that brings our brand personality to life across platforms. You'll be in charge of fuelling our channels with content that drives engagement, awareness and brand love, while doing hands‑on filming, shooting and editing and also gaining exposure to the wider communications team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid creator skills who wants to grow into broader social, PR and brand experience over time. The backend elements of the role – scheduling, reporting and admin – are designed to be learned on the job. The key skill we're hiring for is confident, creative content creation!
Content Creation
- Film, shoot and edit engaging, social‑first content across campaigns, launches and reactive brand moments, capturing short‑form video, photography and behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and wider brand team to bring content ideas to life quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all content feels on‑brand, culturally relevant and platform‑native.
- Edit content for multiple formats, adapting pacing, structure and style per channel.
PR & Influencer Support
- Write, build and pitch new opening announcements to regional media.
- Support influencer activity with briefing, content capture, reviews and asset delivery and influencer coordination and campaign logistics where required.
- Help track coverage and reporting across PR activity.
- Stay close to social and creator trends, using them where they make sense for the brand.
Social Channel Support & Execution
- Support the Social and PR Manager with uploading, scheduling and publishing content.
- Assist with content calendars, asset organisation and day‑to‑day execution.
- Monitor performance and support reporting, pulling together insights and learnings, flagging trends, reactive opportunities and content ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in social, including content creation and editing for various social channels.
- Experience with social content for campaigns, launches and reactive brand moments.
- Exposure to or an interest in PR or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- A keen eye for content and storytelling.
- Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment.
