Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high‑volume QSR or fast‑casual restaurant
  • Experience leading results through coaching, training and having honest conversations with your teams
  • Excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
  • Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs
  • Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems
  • Strong people leadership – built teams and developed future leaders
