Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high‑volume QSR or fast‑casual restaurant
- Experience leading results through coaching, training and having honest conversations with your teams

- Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs
- Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems
