Responsibilities
- Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes' outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
- Support the GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
- Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
- Act as the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast‑casual restaurant.

- Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
- Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
- Strong people leadership, having built teams and developed future leaders.
- Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
