Responsibilities

  • Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes' outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
  • Support the GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
  • Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
  • Act as the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
  • Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
  • Recruit, develop and retain top talent; build a dream team and pipeline future leaders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast‑casual restaurant.
  • Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations where needed.
  • Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
  • Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
  • Strong people leadership, having built teams and developed future leaders.
  • Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
