The Business Development Director is a critical sales role for our client, leading the sales and marketing operation that is aligned with the focus of our client to help deploy solar and storage solutions within the region. This person executes business development and sales initiatives in support of bookings, revenue, and profit goals for the year. They maintain consistency and quality in presenting the company brand throughout the solar industry and in all customers in the region. They are expected to be the leadership face of our client and participate in key domestic conferences, trade shows, and any other events as appropriate to bring the sales and marketing message throughout the region.

Primary duties:

  • Sales Execution: Identifies significant problems and anticipates and solves problems in a calm and methodical manner.

Must be self-motivated with an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines. Our client values taking ownership of the work and performing above and beyond, as such, we’re seeking a candidate with the following traits:
