We’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Buckingham team. About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients across a wide range of print and marketing projects. You’ll act as the key point of contact for your customers, managing projects from initial brief through to delivery while working closely with estimating, production, customer service and commercial teams across the Group. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building trusted client relationships and helping clients get the very best from Pollards’ full range of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
- Handling client enquiries, quotations and project coordination
- Managing projects from brief through to delivery across print and related services
- Working closely with estimating, production, logistics and customer service teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standards
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell wider Pollards services
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams
- Supporting continuous improvement and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the print industry is essential
- Previous experience in account management, client services or customer service roles
- Strong understanding of print production processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM or MIS systems would be advantageous
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
