We are seeking a Membership Data Management Assistant to support a short-term data cleansing project that will improve the quality and accuracy of our membership records. This project is part of a wider CRM migration and digital development process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have a clean and up-to-date dataset to support future member engagement.

You will review our membership data using a master Excel spreadsheet, identifying and correcting gaps, inconsistencies, and duplications. You'll combine desk research, direct outreach to members, and collaboration with internal teams to verify and update records. Training and support will be provided throughout the project.

Please send your CV and covering letter, explaining how you meet our criteria and why you wish to join the team by 10am on Monday 7th July. We look forward to hearing from you at careers@psa.ac.uk.

To apply for the role, you must be eligible to work in the UK and over 18 - the Political Studies Association is not a sponsoring Organisation.
