Contract type: Fixed-Term (initial 3 weeks potential for extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, or 112.5 hours over fixed period - depending on candidate preference.
Location: PSA’s Head Office is in Camden, London. PSA supports staff to work from home in a hybrid arrangement and the postholder will be required in the office for one or two days during the contract period if needed.

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to develop your data and digital administration skills in a purpose-driven organisation? We are seeking a Membership Data Management Assistant to support a short-term data cleansing project that will improve the quality and accuracy of our membership records. This project is part of a wider CRM migration and digital development process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have a clean and up-to-date dataset to support future member engagement.
You will review our membership data using a master Excel spreadsheet, identifying and correcting gaps, inconsistencies, and duplications. You'll combine desk research, direct outreach to members, and collaboration with internal teams to verify and update records. Training and support will be provided throughout the project.
