Salary: £21.82 per hour
Rota: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, working alternate weekends
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN), with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and valid NMC registration
- Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in triage, health and wellbeing and residential rehabilitation desirable
- A flexible and proactive approach to patient care
- Passionate about supporting the wellbeing of the policing profession
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive telephone assessment of applicants ahead of admission
- Complete medical admission assessments
- Carry out administrative tasks relating to patients' admission, care and discharge
- Lead & facilitate workshops and group sessions as part of the Psychological Wellbeing Programmes & Physiotherapy Programmes
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to facilitate patient care
