Job Summary: Associate Project Manager who leads and supports coordination and project management of:

  • Reviews of in-game contents for use in European regions.
  • The localisation of logos and software packaging used in European regions.
  • Other miscellaneous reviews associated with in-game visuals.

What you'll do:

  • Project management and coordination of various approval processes associated with visual materials used in the packaging, marketing and in-game experience of our localised software.
  • Specifically, communicating, coordinating and executing complex, and often tight schedules with internal and external partners in the UK, US, Japan and Europe.
  • Handling the above responsibilities in either English or Japanese as appropriate.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent level of written and spoken Japanese and English.
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively organize and prioritize heavy and diverse workloads with multiple moving elements.
  • Demonstrable ability to take a lead in effectively directing discussion and coordinating communication between multiple stakeholders.
  • Pride in accurate and considered presentation of information in written form (Japanese and English).
  • Experience of using both Japanese and English in a professional, business context.
  • Interest and/or knowledge of the video game industry, the process of translation and the importance of cultural sensitivity in the localization of Japanese products/culture.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Some familiarity with Adobe design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign would be a benefit but not essential.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £37,310 - £48,687 per year. The full range is £37,310 - £65,292 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
