Role Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and install intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems to ensure peak performance and security.
- Manage your own workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet service and installation deadlines.
- Diagnose issues, repair faults, and replace components as needed to keep systems operating reliably.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Keep your vehicle stocked with essential materials and tools to maximise efficiency on the job.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, providing expert advice and support with a professional approach.
- Participate in the standby and call-out rota, responding swiftly to urgent service needs.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification or equivalent in the electrical industry.
- Current full driving licence.
- Experience of working in a service environment.
