Senior Producer - Remote/Hybrid

Our Senior Producers are the trusted leads across some of our biggest and most strategic client accounts. As the Senior Producer, you will be responsible for delivering world-class content and service across multiple productions, acting as both the operational lead and creative driving force. You’ll run a slate that includes weekly and monthly ‘always on’ productions as well as special series, high-impact event coverage, and ambitious brand-led shows. Lead onboarding workshops and format development sessions, setting the creative vision and ensuring alignment with brand goals
Oversee budgets, resource planning and risk management, flagging issues and identifying efficiencies with senior leaders.
Experience finding podcast guests and briefing researchers.
Contribute to business growth through exceptional delivery, upsell opportunities, and strategic input on account development
Lead client QBRs, providing performance metrics and strategic recommendations for show growth
Consistently bring fresh creative ideas, identify storytelling opportunities, and raise the bar for branded content

5+ years experience in podcast production, content development, or multimedia/agency role.
~ Exceptional project management skills, including high levels of organisation with a meticulous approach to timelines, budgets, and client delivery.
~ Strong working knowledge of podcast platforms, publishing workflows, analytics tools and monetisation strategies.
~ Ability to lead with both creative flair and commercial awareness
~ Experience with rights, compliance, and IP issues in audio content
~ Deep understanding of the podcast landscape and passion for building shows that resonate and grow audiences
~ Confidence to own a room — whether it’s an onboarding session, a production debrief, or a strategic planning meeting

38,000–£45,000 depending on experience

This is a hybrid role based between our London hub, remote working, and regular client visits across the UK and internationally.
