Our friendly team are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing culinary establishment. The Kitchen Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality food production, ensuring food safety standards are maintained while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties:

  • Food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement specials incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste and control costs.
  • Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce health & safety policies within the kitchen environment to prevent accidents or violations.
  • Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining work-life balance for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen or restaurant environment.
  • Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
