Our friendly team are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing culinary establishment. The Kitchen Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality food production, ensuring food safety standards are maintained while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties:

  • Food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement specials incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste and control costs.
  • Train new staff members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce health relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of kitchen management.
