The Role As a Paid Media Specialist, youll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid media campaigns across a range of channels. Youll work closely with clients and wider digital, creative and marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive measurable results and deliver against commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and managing paid media campaigns across relevant platforms Managing and optimising Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid social platforms Conducting keyword, audience and competitor research Developing campaign strategies aligned with client objectives Managing budgets and ensuring effective allocation of media spend Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation Analysing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations Producing regular performance reports and presenting results to clients Working closely with creative teams to develop and test high performing ad creative Running A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, creative and landing pages Keeping up to date with changes across advertising platforms, algorithms and industry best practice Supporting wider digital marketing and performance strategies Contributing to client pitches, proposals and new business opportunities About You Were looking for a commercially minded Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and enjoys using data to drive decisions. Youll ideally have: Previous experience in a paid media, PPC or performance marketing role Strong hands-on experience across paid search and/or paid social Experience managing advertising budgets and campaign performance Strong analytical and numerical skills Experience using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager An understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and performance metrics The ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills A proactive approach to campaign optimisation and testing Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients A genuine interest in digital marketing and keeping ahead of industry developments Why Join?
