The Role

As a PR Account Executive, you'll support the delivery of creative and results-driven PR campaigns across a varied portfolio of clients. You'll work alongside Account Managers and senior team members, gaining hands-on experience across media relations, content creation, client communications and campaign delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of PR and communications campaigns
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media contacts
  • Researching relevant media opportunities and identifying new angles
  • Writing press releases, pitches, features, briefing documents and other content
  • Proactively pitching stories to journalists and securing media coverage
  • Monitoring news and identifying opportunities for clients
  • Supporting client meetings, campaign planning and account administration
  • Tracking media coverage and contributing to campaign reports
  • Assisting with the organisation of events, launches and other PR activity
  • Working collaboratively with Account Managers and the wider agency team
  • Staying up to date with industry, media and client developments

About You

We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and genuinely passionate about PR and communications. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous PR, communications or agency experience
  • Experience working with or supporting client accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of the media landscape and how to generate coverage
  • Confidence communicating with journalists and clients
  • A creative mindset with the ability to spot a good story
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in
