We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in the centre of Oxford.
We're proud to serve fresh, seasonal food made with quality ingredients and plenty of care. We are looking for someone who shares that passion and wants to develop their skills in a busy, supportive kitchen.
What you'll be doing:
- preparing and cooking fresh and seasonal ingredients to a high standard
- working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- taking responsibility for your section and maintaining high standards
- helping with preparation, service and maintaining the kitchen clean and organised
- learning new techniques, and contributing ideas to our menu
- following food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards
What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
You will ideally have experience as a Chef de Partie of experienced Commis Chef and a genuine passion for food. Most importantly, you will be keen to learn, work as part of a team and take pride in what you do.
