As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in managing and motivating the kitchen team to achieve the highest standards in food service, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing fresh food to order while ensuring you and your team consistently maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. You will also have the opportunity to create specials menus and trial new dishes for our seasonal menu changes.
