Future head of department roles (Operations, Events, Community, etc) available to the right candidate.

You'll sit across venture capital, sports partnerships (Juventus, Como 1907, Aston Martin F1), and athlete/artist communication. One day you're coordinating investor communications, the next you're building deal flow automations, the next you're managing an event on Lake Como.

Remote (with option to work on site). Full time commitment (40+ hours some weeks). Competitive remote base.

Community Value Creation: creating value for our athletes, founders, and investors.

You've built something - a university side project, a failed startup, an automation that saved you hours. You're early-mid career or from a non-traditional background. You optimise for startup learning over short term salary. Demonstrated entrepreneurial behaviour (side hustles, projects, builds). Supabase or similar database experience preferred.

You're optimising for short term compensation over experience. You want a clear career ladder with defined progression.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the next stage of the process, an interview and then a paid trial project.
