A brilliant SME in Bamber Bridge has a brand-new opening for someone to take complete ownership and autonomy of the customer base. Cash rich business, doubling turnover this year alone, new MD has come in and changed the shape of systems, processes and sales resulting in some groundbreaking profits.
The MD is currently the Sales Support Manager as well as wearing many other hats, he wants to be out in front of new business but right now he’s tied down to the office managing customer accounts and orders so he needs a fantastic individual to be his number two.
You’ll manage their portfolio of customers, UK and international, dealing with the full end to end process of sales orders from enquiry and tender through to completion and delivery whilst line managing the current Administrator in your team.
There’s an additional opportunity for you to work with new business too, not hard sales or cold calling by any stretch, but prospecting and working alongside the MD to build new relationships. This needs a commercially driven individual who is honest, passionate and doesn’t need their hand holding. Someone confident in their ability that can build on already successful foundations and create new profit margins.
