Management Accountant
Manchester City Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Management Accountant to join a growing SME group based in the heart of Manchester. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role has been created due to growth and offers the chance to play a key role in shaping the finance function.
You’ll take ownership of month-end reporting packs through to Board consolidation, supported by a strong team of Assistant Accountants. The role includes managing one direct report – someone currently studying and keen to develop – so this is an excellent opportunity if you’re looking to step into a leadership role and enjoy mentoring others.
The business has a turnover of c.£25m across three entities and continues to grow. With a strong focus on modern systems, all reporting and analysis is run through Power BI, and you’ll be central to ongoing projects to enhance and expand its use. Experience with Power BI is therefore essential, along with a proactive approach to driving process improvements through technology.
