Location: Altrincham
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 with current OTE at 100k and a recurring bonus scheme
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Business Development Manager within a rapidly growing industry in the UK. The company offers a transparent and high-value commission scheme, with current BDMs earning £80k and £100k in 2025.
The company is hiring a third BDM due to sector growth and high client demand. Reporting to the Company Director, who has extensive sector experience, you will receive training and support to achieve high earnings, similar to existing team members. The ideal candidate is energetic, experienced in sales, and motivated to be a top earner. The role requires a commercial approach, with the ability to challenge, consult, and provide market knowledge to secure sales.
You will be rewarded with commissions on every client secured and recurring monthly bonuses. For example, a recent deal for 36 months provides ongoing commissions during that period. Client retention is high, with an average cycle of 28 months, increasing over time, ensuring stable earnings.
The role is national, phone-based, with some in-person client meetings (expenses paid). Expect to spend 2-3 days in the Altrincham office and 2 days traveling to meet clients and build partnerships.
