Bury
I’ve just had a coffee and natter with probably the most down to earth and supportive MD I’ve ever met. What a guy, what a leader, what a genuinely great person. Any EA will want to snap their arm off to work for him. You have to meet him to understand why/what I’m saying so get your CV over asap.
His first ever EA, owner of multiple successful entities and currently managing his own diary and administration but completely stretched and missing important tasks, so he needs you. He wants someone at the top of their game, not a "wall flower", not someone who will sit behind a desk just churning emails, someone who is going to challenge him, share ideas, work with him as a partner in business to really bring the best out of him and the companies.
Someone proactive, an EA that just gets it, meetings arranged in advance, logistics perfectly placed and the fires are put out before they hit MD's desk. "I can’t operate successfully without a fantastic EA by my side" – his words. He sees the true value in an EA.
If you have children and need to do pick ups/drop offs, fine. All he asks is that you meet with him in the Bury office once a week and attend the monthly management meeting, hours are flex and you can work from home 4 days a week.
On top of that, you get annual company bonuses, Death in service – x4 salary, Healthcare cash plan.
