This role requires the successful candidate to relocate to Bermuda; relocation costs will be covered by the employer. We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting Pharmacist opportunity based in Bermuda. The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a busy, community-focused retail pharmacy where clinical care and customer service go hand in hand. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident, organised, and genuinely passionate about patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately dispensing prescriptions and providing clear, professional patient counselling
  • Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow efficiency and team collaboration

  • Processing prescriptions and insurance claims accurately using pharmacy systems
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

Minimum experience & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a retail/community pharmacy setting
  • Confident using pharmacy systems and general IT platforms
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
