We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting Pharmacist opportunity based in Bermuda. The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a busy, community-focused retail pharmacy where clinical care and customer service go hand in hand. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident, organised, and genuinely passionate about patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately dispensing prescriptions and providing clear, professional patient counselling
- Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow efficiency and team collaboration
- Managing stock levels and contributing to effective inventory control
- Processing prescriptions and insurance claims accurately using pharmacy systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
- Participating in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with best practice
Minimum experience & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a retail/community pharmacy setting
- Confident using pharmacy systems and general IT platforms
- Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
