We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Medical Practice - Operations Manager, a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted healthcare organization. This position ensures the seamless integration of key business functions, including operations, sales, HR, IT, and facilities management, to optimize efficiency and drive revenue growth.
This role works closely with department heads and reports directly to the CEO to align all processes with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the medical practice to ensure efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement policies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality patient care.
- Ensure all operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Lead sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize patient acquisition, enhance customer experience, and expand business opportunities.
- Provide strategic oversight of HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Develop training programs to enhance staff capabilities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure the medical practice’s IT systems are secure, efficient, and support operational and sales objectives.
- Oversee technology upgrades and compliance with IT-related regulations.
- Manage the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of all practice facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on financial performance, operational effectiveness, and sales trends.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Mentor department heads, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in operations management within a private practice. Proven ability to oversee sales teams and drive business growth. Proficiency in operational and project management tools.
