Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site (2-3 day office and 2-3 field based) role based in Andover for a Senior Engineering Manager. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, manage a team of engineers & apprentices, and ensure seamless integration of systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading engineering teams
  • Overseeing some project planning
  • Monitoring progress
  • Carrying out toolbox talk and engineering training
  • Ensuring technical excellence

  • Familiarity with accessibility solutions and building regulations is an advantage.
  • Electrical Mechanical background; lift experience not essential as training will be given.
