This is a full-time, on-site (2-3 day office and 2-3 field based) role based in Andover for a Senior Engineering Manager. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, manage a team of engineers and apprentices, and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading engineering teams
- Overseeing some project planning
- Monitoring progress
- Carrying out toolbox talks and engineering training
- Ensuring technical excellence
- Coordinating with other departments to meet customer and supplier requirements
- Delivering innovative solutions in line with the company’s commitment to accessibility and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively guide teams and projects
