Carrington West are assisting a local authority client in the search for a Developer Contributions Officer (CIL) on an initial 6-month contract (with the potential to extend).
This role will focus on the administration, monitoring and collection of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and wider developer contributions, as well as supporting the Director of Planning at a strategic level with 'funding bids' - both experience in CIL and Economic Development would be of interest.
