Carrington West is assisting a local authority in the South East with a 6-month contract for a Principal Planning Officer to join Development Management. The role requires experience with major housing and non-housing applications and on-site presence once a week or fortnightly.
The successful candidate will have local authority planning experience, be able to hit the ground running, and ideally hold a town planning degree with RTPI membership.
