Principal Planning Officer

£65 per hour

12-month contract

A Local Authority in Essex is looking for a Principal Planning Officer on an interim basis. They are looking for someone who can work on Complex Minor and Major Applications for a 12-month period to cover for a colleague going on maternity leave.

This Local Authority work very flexibly and you will only need to attend the office once per month; even with the possibility of outside IR35.

Experience

  • Principal Planner who has experience on Major applications in a greenbelt setting.
  • Ability to effectively carry out other Small Major applications across housing and commercial.
