You would help to determine applications for mineral development to ensure that infrastructure and housing can be provided.

We also have five opportunities to join the Highways Development Management Team to help to deliver ambitious highway schemes benefitting our residents and wider communities, including working on some of the largest developments in Worcestershire such as new settlements and urban expansions, focused on sustainable growth across all modes.

Working closely with the Worcestershire Local Planning Authorities, the Highways Development Management postholders will need to work across all aspects of the development process from pre-application discussion to condition discharge and post‑applications consents. Proposals in the Worcestershire Local Plans include allocations of all sizes from ensuring a range of planning applications with many different considerations and challenges.
