We’re looking for experienced planners to lead on major and complex applications, working directly with agents, consultees and Members to deliver high-quality, proportionate outcomes.
This role is for you if you:
- have experience determining or submitting major / complex applications
- want autonomy, trust and clarity about priorities
- enjoy problem-solving and collaboration, not box-ticking
- care about delivering sustainable growth, not just processing cases
RTPI qualification welcomed, but experience matters more. Applicants from local authority or private practice are encouraged.
