Job Title: Senior Town Planner. Location: Norwich. Salary: £42-47k. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part time may be considered).

• Oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.

Requirements

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
