We are seeking a self-motivated experienced Chartered Town Planner at Senior / Principal level to join our commercially focused planning consultancy based in Manchester. Plan Red advises mainly private sector clients on major development projects across the UK.
We are looking for a candidate who understands the development industry, is client focused and seeking a new challenge to grow and develop their skills and experience with a forward thinking, responsive and well-regarded consultancy.
Candidates should have good presentation and writing skills, be able to manage projects and their own workload, provide analysis and critical thinking to projects and have good inter-personal skills.
We can offer flexible working, including hybrid arrangements and we are open to consider part-time working or job-sharing arrangements for the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme for staff.
